Access Bank Responds to Alleged Privacy Violation by Former Contact Centre Agent

The Management of Access Bank PLC has responded to a report circulating on socaol media regarding a former Contact Centre agent who was alleged to have secretely filmed his colleagues whole using the restrooms .
In its reaction , the Bank said it has zero Tolearnce policy towards harassment and any form of privacy violation

Our attention has been drawn to reports circulating on social media regarding an alleged offence involving a former Contact Centre Agent.
The matter has been handed over to the appropriate authorities, who are conducting an investigation. We are fully cooperating with them in this process.
